FHA

FHA loans are available for purchase and refinance.  Small down-payment and flexable guidelines make this a winning choice for many.  Refi with cash-back to 85% of the home value.  Acceptable properties include mobile homes.

Term: 30 years   Maximum Amount: $423,750

USDA Homestead 100

Zero down-payment and No monthly PMI.  Income restrictions and property location restrictions apply.  Fixed rate for 30 years.


VA

Veteran Administration loans are for veterans and their spouses.  30 year fixed.  No monthly PMI.  One time VA Funding Fee is charged by VA but may be waived.  This is an assumable loan.


Conventional Fixed Rate Loan

We have conventional loans with smaller down payments.  Fixed rates or stable Adjustable Rate Loans with NO Negative Amortization.  It's all about safety, stability, and security.


Investor Fixed Rate

Investors purchasing single family homes and multi-unit properties to four-plex.  We have high quality fixed rate loans to meet your needs.

Jumbo Loans (whose maximum loan amount exceed $417,000 for the contiguous states, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico or exceed $625,500 for Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and the Virgin Islands) are calculated based on a loan amount of $650,000 with closing costs of $13,000. Your actual APR may be different depending upon these factors.
